Sesame Coconut Sweets | Coconut Til Ladoo


Sesame seed helps in increasing body strength and it also keeps the body warm during the winter season. Vata has more influence in our bodies during winters, which can cause pain in joints. They are rich in Protein, Fiber, calcium, potassium, copper, b complex and carbohydrate. Iron, vitamins and minerals are found in the jaggery.

Coconut Ladoo

Total Time - 20 minutes
Quantity - 16 laddoos


Ingredients



  • White sesame - 3/4 cup
  • Black mole - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut powder - 1 cup
  • Jaggery (Grated) - 1 cup                                       
  • Clarified butter (Desi ghee) - 2 teaspoon


How To Make


Grind the raw sesame seeds into a rough powder in the blender.


Now put heavy bottom pan on the gas, add ghee to it and heat it.
Now add the jaggery till it melts.
When the jaggery melts, turn off the gas and immediately add the sesame seeds and coconut then mix well.



 Now make ladoos immediately with this hot mixture.




 Be careful as it will be hot.
