Besan Mawa Ladoo
Always use a coarse gram flour to make a Laddu. This makes the laddus very tasty. If you don't get coarse gram flour then don't panic, we will be using semolina in this recipe which will give the same flavor to the Laddoo which we want.

Ingredients:
- Gram flour ( Besan) - 200 gm
- Semolina (Suji) -100 gm
- Ghee- 150 ml
- Mawa / Khoya 200 gm
- Sugar powder- 175 g
- Muskmelon seeds and Chopped Walnut -1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder -1/4 teaspoon
How To Make Besan Mawa Ladoo
First, heat ghee in the pan.
Now add gram flour and mix well, put it on a low flame.
When the aroma starts coming out of the gram flour, the color will become a bit darker which are the signs of the gram flour being roasted. keep stirring it time to time as we will do it for 20 - 25 mins.
On the other side, toast semolina in another vessel, take it out when it's light brown in colour.
Now roast the nuts. Take it out in a vessel.
Put a spoonful of ghee and Mawa in this vessel now roast the Mawa well.
After roasting the gram flour, add semolina and Mawa in it and mix well and close the gas.
Add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits in the gram flour after 5 -7 minutes. Make the laddus when the mixture is cooled down.
