Sweet Potato Chaat/ Shakarkandi Chaat
Sweet potato is also called Shakarkandi in Hindi and it has a treasure of energy. Often people link it with potato but it is full of nutrients.
The sweet potato has a normal amount of calories and starch. At the same time, the amount of saturated fat and cholesterol remains zero in it. There is plenty of Fiber, Iron, Potassium, Antioxidants, Vitamin A, B-6, D.

INGREDIENTS
- Sweet potato (boiled / baked) - 4
- Finely chopped onions - 1 small size
- Finely chopped tomatoes -1 small size
- Finely chopped green chili -1
- Beaten curd - 2 tablespoons
- Tamarind sauce - 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black salt-1 pinch
- Rock salt - according to taste
- Dry Mint Powder -1/4 Teaspoon
How to make
Boil sweet potato in the cooker or bake in the oven, then cool it down.
peel and cut it into a bowl.
Now add onions, tomatoes, green chilies, curd, tamarind sauce and all dried spices and mix them with the help of a spoon.
Tasty and healthy sweet potato chaat is ready to eat.
