MEETHI LADOO
Fenugreek seeds have many properties, but when fenugreek laddus are eaten in winters, they work as a medicine. In winter, if there is any pain in joints, suffering from arthritis or after you reach 40-45 years of age, To maintain bone strength fenugreek laddus should be consumed in winter. Every morning a laddu of fenugreek should be consumed.

20 Laddu
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 500 gm
- Fenugreek seeds - 100 gm
- Milk- 250 ml
- Edible gum- 100 gm
- Melon seeds- 2 tablespoons
- Coconut grated - 1/2 cup
- Walnut ( finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Jaggery (small pieces) - 300 gm
- Ghee - 750 gm
How to make
and soak it in milk for 7-8 hours when the laddu will be made.
Fenugreek will get doubled after 8 hours.
Heat 250 gm ghee in a kadhai take the fenugreek(Methi) batter with the help of a spoon, fry it just like we fry any regular Pakoda,
make the rest of the Pakodas in the same way.
When all the Pakodas are ready, cool them and grind them into a mixer.
Fry the gum in the same kadhai and after cooling it blend it in the mixer.
Now put the rest of the ghee in this Kadhi and fry the wheat flour on a low flame, stirring it from time to time.
When the aroma starts coming out of the wheat flour and color is golden brown, make some space in the middle of the kadhai and press the jaggery inside it.
After 5 to 7 minutes, with the help of a big spoon mix the jaggery into the flour. It will be melted easily by getting the heat of flour.
At this time we will close our gas.
Add the gum and fenugreek, coconut, melon seeds and walnuts, mix well and let it cool down, then we will make the laddoos.
Fenugreek laddus are ready.
