 Dry Fruit Recipe



I probably do not have to tell about the properties of dry fruits.
It is very useful especially when we eat it at the time of fasting, helps students to memorize better and energy for the hard workers, all should be eating dry fruits but those who have weak digestion should reduce their intake.
Dry fruits contain vitamin E, calcium, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, fiber, amino acids etc. That is why I have named these Ladoos as a power-packed laddu.
I have not used sugar at all in it. Laddu made from dates, fig and raisins for sweetness.
Although making such laddoos is very easy but it is difficult to bind these laddoos but if you do it by my method then it will not be difficult.
Just Roast the nuts to dry moisture in them and stop do not end their properties. Do not heat dates and nuts mixture it will reduce their properties.
Make your children, your family these your own dry fruit laddu.

Grinding time - 7 minutes
Time to bind Laddo - 15 to 20 minutes

Ingredients 



  • Dates (without seed) - 250 gms        
  • Fig-10
  • Raisins - 100 gms
  • Pistachios - 100 grams
  • Almond - 100 gms
  • Cashews - 100 gms
  • Watermelon seeds - 50 grams
  • Poppy seeds - 2 Tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 2 Tablespoon


How To Make


Put a small spoon of ghee in a pan and put it on a low flame.
Put pistachios in it and roast on a low flame and keep them in the plate.


Similarly, cashew nuts, almonds, Watermelon seeds and poppy seeds roast one by one.
There is no need to pour ghee every time.

Put all dry fruits, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder in a mixer, grind them into a coarse powder and take it out in a large bowl.



Now add dates, figs, raisins and 2-3 Tablespoon dried fruit mixture to a mixer jar and grind it.
This makes it easy to grind paste.





Now add date paste and ghee to all dry fruits and mix them well with fingers.



Now put it in a mixer and grind for a few seconds it makes it easier to make laddus.

Take a portion of this mix in your hand from it into a tight ball.

Power pack ladoos are ready.
