Tomato and Green Chili Chutney

Mithi Chutney Recipe
Preparation time - 2 minutes
Cooking time - 8 minutes
Total time - 10 minutes
Quantity - 1 cup ( approx)
Ingredients
Tomatoes Large size( Roughly chopped) - 5
Green chilies ( Roughly chopped) - 8
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon
How to make
Place the pan on the gas on the medium flame.
Now add oil and heat it.
After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds when it starts to crack add chopped tomatoes and green chilies.
Now add all the dried spices and mix it with a spoon.
Cover with a lid and cook on low flame.
after 7-8 minutes remove the lid. Mash it well with a hand masher and again
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
when tomatoes and green chilies cook well and leave the juice fully, then turn off the gas.
Chutney is ready.
Eat with Roti, Paratha or pair it with snacks.
