Coconut Ladoo
Try this delicious coconut laddu recipe at home. It is very easy and has always been everyone's favorite. when almonds are mixed in Coconut Ladoo the taste is just incredible.

Ingredients
- Condensed milk - 300 grams
- Almonds ( cut into small pieces) - 30 pieces
- Dry coconut ( grated) - 2 1/2 cups
- Ghee - 1 teaspoon
How to Make
It starts with a making-of Pure Homemade Condensed Milk.
First, remove the brown skin of coconut with a knife or grater.
We only want the white part of the coconut to be grated.
Heat ghee in a non - stick pan.
When ghee becomes hot add almonds and sautes for 1 minute on low flame.
Now add 2 cups of grated coconut still on low flame for 1 minute keeping in mind that it doesn't change its color.
put the condensed milk and mix it properly.
Turn off the gas.
allow it to cool.
Once it's cool start making small Ladoo.
Now roll them in grated coconut.

Note :
- I always use grated coconut for Coconut Ladoo because it's delicious instead of market-bought coconut powder.so I prefer to grate the coconut at home.
- I have used condensed milk which I have also made at home.
