Oats Pancake with Peanut Chutney/ Beetroot Oats Cheela / Beetroot Chilla

Beetroot Oats Pancake with Peanut Chutney


It is a healthy and Delicious meal. It is good for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Oats Pancakes are good for those who want to lose weight. I added Beetroot puree in Pancake which is also good for anemic Patients. Beetroot has fiber, Potassium, iron, vitamins. Cheela served with Peanut chutney includes Protein. All of them combined makes it a nutritious meal.
Ingredients
 
For Peanut Chutney
1 Cup Green Coriander
1/4 Cup Peanuts
6 to 7 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tsp Salt (Approx)
5 Green Chilli
1/4 Cup Curd
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Sesame seeds
1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
7 to 8 Curry leaves (Chopped)

For Topping (Potatoes Mixture)
1 1/2 Cup Boiled Potatoes (Chopped) 
1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
7 to 8 Curry leaves (Chopped)
2 Tbsp Coconut (Grated)
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil

For Oat Pancake (Cheela) 
1/2 Cup  Oats
1/2 Cup Split Chickpea Dal ( Chana Dal)
2 Tbsp Beetroot puree
1 Tsp -Cumin 
1/2 Tsp Red chili powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Mozrella chesse
Oil for making Pancake

How To Make
For Peanut Chutney

Add Coriander, Green chillies, Garlic and Peanuts in a mixer jar and blend them. 

Now add Curd and Salt.

Now put pan on medium flame, add oil to it.
When oil becomes hot add Mustard seeds.
When Mustard seeds cracked, add Curry leaves and Sesame seeds. Then add this tadka in Peanut chutney.


For Topping (Potatoes Mixture)

Heat a pan. Add Oil then add Curry leaves, Mustard seeds when it cracked add Red Chilli Flakes, Turmeric, Salt and Coconut in it.

Mix them. Add Potatoes and stir well. Switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and mix it.


For Oats Pancake (Cheela)
Wash and soak Chana dal and Oats for 4 hours.

Once soaked, then grind them with a very little water to make a thick batter. 

 Add beetroot puree blend them. 

Add the Batter in a Large bowl.Add cumin, Red Chili powder and Salt in it.

Keep the tawa on the gas.
Now with the help of a spoon, put the batter on the Tawa and make Pancake.

keep it on the medium flame, Now add Cheese on it.Then add Potato Mixture on the top of the Pancake.

When it's crispy from a bottom side. remove it from the Tawa.
Oats Pancake (Cheela) is ready.
Serve with Peanut chutney.
