Indian food is full of flavours and it has many gems. One of them is "BHAKARWADI"

So, today I have made Bhakarwadi with wheat flour without frying.

The children were happy with the taste.

Mathari is a very popular snack.  These are baked Mathari. Enjoy it with a hot cup of tea or coffee.



Staters And Snacks 




Moong dal pakoras/ Moong vada are always eaten with great passion in rainy and winter season, it can also be a healthy breakfast if you don't fry them. This is a very famous north Indian breakfast, which I have made without frying them and served with tamarind Chutney and Coriander Chutney.

The best feeling is to take care of our family and feed them with delicious healthy food.




Corn Lollipop

It's a perfect combination of protein and carbs that is required for everyone. Corn is good for digestion, good for vision, Anti-cancer Properties etc.
paneer is also a good source of protein, Calcium, Maintains blood sugar levels, improves metabolism etc.

Corn paneer kabab is a simple recipe. it is a healthy fast food recipe because it is not deep fried.


Dahi Kabab

Dahikabab is a vegetarian kabab, which is popular in North India. It is made of curd, cottage cheese, and some spices. It is rich in protein. 


Chutney Sandwich

Green Coriander is a good source of fibre, magnesium, iron and for a proper functioning of the digestive system.

Calcium is also present in it. I know about coriander's benefits. So, I thought of making a Chutney Veg Grill sandwich.

Children liked it and the stomach was also full. You should also try this sandwich once.


JIMIKAND (YAM) RAGDA PATTIES






This is the recipe of a Mumbai chat. patties are mostly made from potatoes but we will make them from yam. Yam is more healthy than Potato, which is a good option for people who want to reduce weight Or who are suffering from hormonal or sugar problem.

As we know many dishes are made from paneer like  Paneer Butter Masala,



This time in this series, we have prepared a recipe of Kadhai paneer.

Paneer is very much like to be made in Punjabi Dhaba, so the recipe is presented to you in exactly the same way.



Paneer Lababdar/Cottage Cheese Lababdar 

Paneer is made in many ways, whenever a guest comes to our house, the paneer is definitely made.
Now, this time, I am describing a delicious recipe of cottage cheese,
As always, this vegetable has been made considering our health and flavour.

Paneer butter masala


Paneer butter masala is one of the famous delicacies in North Indian cuisine. You can serve it with hot chapati / Naan / Lachha Paratha whichever you want to eat.


 Rajma Masala


The Punjabi's favourite rajma recipe  (Restaurant style) made in one pot, the recipe which makes you lick your fingers. The recipe is really easy but before we get to the recipe, let's know the benefits of Rajma: -
1. It contains plenty of protein, magnesium, potassium, iron, carbohydrate, phosphorus.
2. There are plenty of anti-oxidants that protect against unforeseen wrinkles.
3. Rich in fibre, so the digestive system is fine.

But if you want to get all its properties, then soak it for 7-8 hours, then make it.

Malai Kofta (without fry) healthy twist

Today I made Malai Kofta. Koftas which are not fried and going to melt in your mouth, just like the ones we eat at restaurants. It's made with just 2 teaspoons of cream. The best thing is that the children were also happy to eat it.


Mushroom Masala


Mushroom is high in antioxidants, fiber, iron, Potassium Vitamin C etc. It is low in carbohydrates and high in fiber. This curry made with simple ingredients available at home..it is a quick and easy recipe. it is served with roti or rice.


Potato Raita Recipe

Raita can be made in many different ways and today we will prepare potato raita, it is made from boiled potatoes. You can eat this raita during fast when onion cannot be used. Potassium, Protein, Minerals, and Vitamin-C etc. are found in boiled potatoes, so enjoy healthy Potato Raita: -



Split Bengal Gram Raita / Chana Dal Raita



Split Bengal Gram ( Chana dal) is used in every house and in many ways like Chana Dal Halwa, Chana Dal, Chana Gheya Dal, Puran Poli etc., And in addition to all of these today I have made Raita of Chana Dal.

Split Bengal gram( Chana dal) is rich in iron, calcium, protein, zinc etc.
Helps in losing weight,
Also helps to increase haemoglobin.
When this pulse has so many benefits, why should we add it to the diet of our family?



Desserts


                                                             Coconut Ladoo


 Try this delicious coconut laddu recipe at home. It is very easy and has always been everyone's favorite. when almonds are mixed in Coconut Ladoo the taste is just incredible.



BESAN MAWA LADOO


The North Indians are very fond of sweets (mithai). Besan laddu is one of the famous desserts among them. 
Always use a coarse gram flour to make a Ladoo. This makes the laddus very tasty. If you don't get coarse gram flour then don't panic, we will be using semolina in this recipe which will give the same flavour to the Laddoo which we want.
