Raw Banana Dahi Vada
Raw banana food is very beneficial for your health. It contains Potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Minerals etc.
The fiber contained in it keeps our intestines clean.

Meethi Chutney, Green Chutney, Aloo peanut Tikki, Aloo raita, Dry fruit Ladoo- No Sugar
Ingredients
For Vada
- Raw banana - 4
- Jimikand/Suran ( yam) - 200 gms
- Green chili - 3
- Ginger-1 inch piece
- Red chili 1/2 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder -1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Rajgiri flour (Amarnath)- 3 tablespoons
How to make
For Vada
Wash yam and bananas thoroughly
peel off the bananas and yam with the help of a knife.
Now put some water in the cooker add yam and banana to 1 whistle.
When all the steam leaves out of the cooker, open the cooker. Take out bananas and yam in a wide utensil.
Grind green chilies and ginger into the mixer.
Add salt, red chilies, roasted cumin powder, Rajgiri flour (Amarnath) and green chilies and ginger paste in bananas and yam and mash them.
Now make a round-shaped Tikki (Patties)
On a non-stick pan, heat 2 teaspoons of oil and roast the Tikki. (Patties)
Keep the flame on low. In 10 minutes, when roasted from both sides, take them out of the pan.
For Curd
now the curd has released all its water into the bowl, throw the water away.
now add some milk to the curd and mix it till you collect it all in a bowl.
curd will look very smooth and silky. Add salt according to your taste.
To serve
Put the Tikki on a plate.
add yogurt to it.
Serve with sweet sauce and green chutney
.
