Now add salt and asafoetida and mix it with some water. Keep in mind that the solution is neither too thick nor too thin.
Now keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Apply oil in the Appe pan, and keep it on medium flame.
When Appe pan becomes medium hot pour the batter into each mold to fill them 3/4 with the help of a spoon or hand as per your convenience and cook for 2- 3 minutes or till the underside is golden brown.

flip the Appe with the help of a spoon. apply only 1 Tsp of oil on the edge of Appe pan.

Cook for another 2 minutes and when it is golden brown from both sides Bade are ready.
Now,  keep a large bowl on the high flame.

Put 2 Litre water in it.
When water becomes lukewarm keep it near the gas.

When Vade is ready. Dip the Vade/Bhalla into the water and keep them like this for 4 to 5 hours to make it soft.

For Green chutney:

Put green coriander, Mint leaves, Salt and Green chilies in a mixer and grind it well, add some water too.

We want it to be thin for this. When the sauce is ready, put lemon juice in it.

Green chutney is ready.

For curd recipe

Put the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it (if you hang the curd in the refrigerator, it will not get sour)

After 4 to 5 hours, when all the water in the curd is out,  take it out from the cloth.

Put curd in the mixer and mix it. Now you can add milk in it, you can reduce the amount of milk if u want, now add sugar to the curd and mix it well.

Now take out the curd in a vessel.
Now press the bade with hand and put it in the yogurt and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. The bade will soak the curd and become softer.

Whenever you want to serve it, put bade and curd in the bowl, pour sweet chutney and green coriander chutney on it and sprinkle dry masala now it is ready to serve.

Enjoy.
