Corn and Paneer Kabab


It's a perfect combination of protein and carbs that is required for everyone. Corn is good for digestion, good for vision, Anti-cancer Properties etc.
paneer is also a good source of protein, Calcium, Maintains blood sugar levels, improves metabolism etc.

Corn paneer kabab is a simple recipe. it is a healthy fast food recipe because it is not deep fried.



Preparation Time -15 minutes

Cooking Time - 30 minutes

Total Time - 45 minutes

Ingredients 


  • Maize ,Corn (boiled) - 1 cup
  • Cottage cheese ( Paneer ) - 150gms
  • Gram flour - 3 teaspoons
  • Onion (Chopped) - 2
  • Garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
  • Oil - 2 teaspoons + 3 teaspoons
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pickle masala - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste


 How to make


I have used Indian maize that is boiled by taking 6 whistles in the cooker and then after cooling take out the corns with the help of a knife and grind them.

Put 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and heat it.
When the oil is hot, add onion and fry on medium flame for 1 minute.


Now add garlic paste and fry it.


When the garlic and onion started leaving the oil, add gram flour and roast it.


After roasting it for 1 to 2 minutes, when you get the aroma, mix all the dry spices well.


Now add cottage cheese and mix it.




Add corn and pickle masala then mix well.




Do not mix all the ingredients together - one by one so that the spices roast in the right way.
Now stirring until the masala starts gathering together in the pan.


Masala will be ready in 2 minutes.
Now keep aside for a little while and let it cool.
Now give it the shape of a lollipop with the help of hands on the ice cream sticks.


Likewise, make all other lollipops.
Keep the nonstick pan on the gas.


Apply oil on the lollipops with the help of a brush and bake on both sides on low flame.
In 10 to 15 minutes all the lollipops will be ready.



Serve it with any sauce.
