ATTA LADDU WITH JAGGERY


ATTA LADDU is a very easy recipe. Jaggery generates heat inside the body.
it Boosts immunity in the body.  It is loaded with antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium.
it is rich in iron contents, prevents anemia.
it Prevents constipation and enhances the production of digestive enzyme.







 



MAKES -20  Laddus
TOTAL TIME - 60 Minutes


Ingredients


  • Wheat flour - 500 gm                
  • Edible gum- 100 gm
  • Almonds (chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut grated - 1/2 cup
  • Cashew (chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Poppy seeds - 1 Tablespoon
  • Jaggery (small pieces)  - 300 gm
  • Ghee - 750 gm 


How To Make


Add 4 tbsp ghee in heavy bottom kadhai.

When the ghee becomes hot then fry gum in it. When the gum blossoms and looks crispy, remove from ghee with the help of a sieve.

Now roast the almonds, cashew, Coconut and poppy seeds one by one. Take it out in a vessel.

Now put the rest of the ghee in this Kadhai and fry the wheat flour on a low flame, stirring it from time to time.

When the aroma starts coming out of the wheat flour and color is golden brown, make some space in the middle of the kadhai and press the jaggery inside it.

 After 5 to 7 minutes, with the help of a big spoon mix the jaggery into the flour. It will be melted easily by getting the heat of flour.
At this time we will close the gas.

Add the gum and almonds coconut, poppy seeds and cashew, mix well and let it cool down, then we will make the laddoos.
Jaggery laddus are ready.
