Cooking time - 15 to 18 minutes
Total time - 35 minutes

Ingredients
- Cumin Seeds - 1 1/4 tablespoon
- Whole Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Cream ( Homemade Malai) - 3/4 Cup
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk - around 1/2 Cup
How To Make
Roast cumin seeds on a pan, and grind them. Oats Cookies
Mix the cream and sugar with the help of a hand blender until the sugar dissolves in properly
Mix wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and grated cumin and salt in a bowl.
Now mix the dough slowly in cream.
If needed, add milk gradually to the mixture as the solution should not be thin, the solution should be such that we can fill it in the piping bag and shape the cookies. Malai Whole Wheat Cookies Recipe

Preheat oven to 180C for 10 minutes.
Put butter paper on the baking tray and make the desired shape of cookies on the butter paper.
Bake it in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
Crispy cookies which will melt in your mouth are ready to eat with your tea and coffee.
