I probably do not have to tell about the properties of dry fruits.
It is very useful especially when we eat it at the time of fasting, helps students to memorize better and energy for the hard workers, all should be eating dry fruits but those who have weak digestion should reduce their intake.Dry fruits contain vitamin E, calcium, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, fiber, amino acids etc. That is why I have named these Ladoos as a power-packed laddu.
I have not used sugar at all in it. Laddu made from dates, fig and raisins for sweetness.
Although making such laddoos is very easy but it is difficult to bind these laddoos but if you do it by my method then it will not be difficult.
Just Roast the nuts to dry moisture in them and stop do not end their properties. Do not heat dates and nuts mixture it will reduce their properties.
Make your children, your family these your own dry fruit laddu.
