Navratri Healthy Namkeen
It is salted healthy Namkeen, especially during the fast, which is made only in 2 teaspoons of ghee and is prepared in just a few minutes.
Ingredients
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
- Foxnut / Lotus seeds / Makhana - 100 gram
- Peanuts - 200 gram
- Clarified Butter(ghee) - 2 Teaspoon
- Rock Salt - according to your taste
- Black Pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Raisin - 1/4 Cup
How to Make
Keep a pan on medium flame.Add 1 tsp ghee in it.
Put curry leaves in it and roast it.
Now add peanuts in the pan.
Remove the peanuts from the pan.
Again add 1 tsp clarified butter in it.
Now add Lotus seeds in it and roast until crispy.
Remove the Lotus seeds from the pan.
Take a large bowl add roasted peanuts, Lotus seeds, Grated Coconut, Salt and black pepper in it.
Mix well.
Healthy Namkeen is ready within a few minutes.
