Whole Wheat Nankhatai

Nankhatai is a delicious biscuit which is liked by everyone and is easily available in a bakery. Nankhatai is made with flour, sugar, butter, gram flour and semolina but at my house, Nankhatai is always made with wheat flour, clarified butter, gram flour and semolina.
This is a very easy recipe.







Ingredients


1 cup  Wheat flour    
                                                                    
 1/2 cup  Semolina
1/4 cup  Gram flour
3/4 cup  Powdered sugar
3/4 cup (approx) Clarified butter
1/2 teaspoon-Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon  Cardamon powder


How to make


Add all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well.


Now add little a ghee as per requirement.


Mix the dough mixture but do not overdo it.


Cover and keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hours.         How To Make  Eggless Oats Cookies Recipe
After 1/2 hours, divide the dough into 20 to 22 parts.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Keep butter paper cups in the oven Tray. That's how we can make cookies in large quantity and they will not even stick.



Now make the dough round and keep each in a butter paper cup.

When cooled, Fill them in an airtight container. They will stay fresh for a month.
