Whole Wheat Coconut Cookies
I am very happy today because of the cookies I made. They filled the house with their fragrance within 10 minutes of keeping it in the oven. The children were looking in the oven repeatedly, and as soon as the cookies came out, they couldn't wait and ate a hot one. Coconut cookies made of wheat flour and grilled coconut at home,

Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 15 to 18 minutes
Total time - 30 Minutes
Makes - 50 Cookies (approx)
Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour - 2 cup
- Gram flour (besan) - 1 tablespoon
- Semolina (suji) - 2 tablespoon
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 3/4 teaspoon
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Coconut powder 3/4 cup + 1/4 cup
- Salt a pinch
How To Make
Mix butter and sugar in a mixer and mix it until sugar mixes into the butter.
( you can mix them With the help of a spoon too)
Now we will mix wheat flour, semolina, gram flour, 3/4 cup coconut powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a vessel.

Then put it in our butter mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180C for 10 minutes.
Put parchment paper on the baking tray and give the dough your desired shape and place the coconut powder on it
