Dhaba Style Matar Mushroom
Today I have made Dhaba Style Matar and Mushroom Vegetable for you.
Both mushrooms and peas are good for health.
Sometimes there is less time for cooking, so in that situation, Matar Mushroom vegetable is a good solution.
Total time - 15 minutes
For 4 persons
Ingredients
- Onion ( Chopped) - 1
- Tomatoes -3
- Garlic cloves - 12
- Boiled peas - 1/2 cups
- Chopped mushrooms - 1 cup
- Clarified butter (Ghee) - 2 tbsp
- Kasoori methi -1 tablespoon
- Bay leaf -1
- Salt to taste
- Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Kashmiri Chili Powder -3/4 Teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
How To Make
Make tomato and garlic paste in a mixer.Put ghee in the pan and heat it on the gas.
Keep the flame between high and medium.
Now add Bayleaf when fragrance comes from it, add chopped onions and cook till the Onions turn light pink.
add Coriander Powder, Red Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and mix well.
When the masala leaves ghee, add two tablespoons of water and stir well.
Put peas and chopped mushrooms and stir well.
Now stir it after adding 1/4 cup of water.
Add Kasoori Methi and mix it.
Matar mushroom vegetable is ready.
