Stuffed Bhindi Masala Recipe
Do you know that Vitamin B is found in lady finger (bhindi) which strengthens the bones?It Helps in controlling cholesterol in the body.
After knowing its properties, today I have brought the recipe for my son's favourite stuffed Bhindi Masala.

Cooking time - 30 Minutes
Total time - 40 Minutes
For 4 People
Ingredients
- Ladyfinger (Bhindi) - 400 gms
- Onions - 2
- Tomatoes - 4
- Garlic cloves - 10 to 12
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 3 tablespoons
How to make Tawa bhindi masala
Wash the lady finger ( Bhindi) well and drain the water.
How to make the filling
Now add onion, tomatoes, and garlic in the grinder and grind it.
Now add 1 1/2 tbsp oil to the pan when oil becomes hot add paste and fry it on low flame.
When the paste starts to leave the oil, add dry spices and mix well.
The masala will stop sticking to the pan after frying it means that the masala is ready.. turn off the gas.
the filling is ready.
let it cool down for a while.
How to make Stuffed Bhindi Masala
Cut both ends of the ladyfinger, slit it horizontally with a knife.
When the masala cools down,
Then fill the masala in all the ladyfingers ( bhindi).
Now heat the Tawa on low flame and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Then put all the ladyfingers (bhindi) on the Tawa.
After 8 to 10 minutes turn over with the help of tongs.
This process takes a total of 18 to 20 minutes.
When the ladyfingers ( bhindi) are roasted from all sides remove it from the Tawa.
The stuffed ladyfinger is ready.
Now eat it with the Roti.
