Bottle Gourd Raita
We are moving gradually towards eating healthy, but still, there are many people who do not like to eat a bottle gourd.

Let's start with bottle gourd Raita.
Preparation Time - 10 minutes
Cooking Time - 5 minutes
Total Time - 15 minutes
For 4 persons
Ingredients
- Fresh and cold curd - 750 gram
- Onion (finely chopped) - 1
- Bottle gourd - (grated) - 3/4 cup
- Roasted cumin seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Mint Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Water - 1 1 /2 cup
How to make
Wash bottle gourd (Ghiya/ Doodhi) well, peel it and grated.
Meanwhile, When the bottle gourd starts to peel, first, put 11/2 cup water in a bowl and keep it on the gas.
Then immediately grated the bottle gourd can and add it in a hot water. when water boiled turn the gas slow for 2 minutes, Now turn off the gas.
Strain the curd or whisk it.
Add onion, bottle gourd, salt, black pepper, cumin and mint powder to it.

घीया रायता / दूधी रायता रेसिपी

तैयारी का समय - 10 मिनिट
कुल समय - 15 मिनिट
4- व्यक्तियों के लिए
सामग्री:-
- ताजा व ठंडा दही - 750 ग्राम
- प्याज (बारीक कटा हुआ) - 1
- घीया/ दूधी (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) -3/4 कप
- भूना जीरा - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
- काली मिर्च पाउडर - 1/4 छोटा चम्मच
- पुदीना पाउडर - 1/4 छोटा चम्मच
- स्वादानुसार - नमक
- पानी -1 1 /2 कप
बनाने का तरीका
घीया अच्छे से धोकर उसका छिलका उतार कर कद्दूकस कर लें।
जब घीया छिलने लगे तब पहले एक बर्तन में 11/2 कप पानी डालकर गैस पर गरम होने के लिए रखे।
दही को छलनी से छान लें या फेंट लें।
इसमें प्याज, घीया,नमक,काली मिर्च,जीरा व पुदीना पावडर मिलाए।
घीया रायता तैयार है ।
