Tabbouleh Salad
Tabbouleh is a simple vegetarian salad. This salad is a middle eastern salad. This is the best ways to use the season's delicious fruits and veggies and it's lightly creamy, sweet & tangy dressing takes the salad over the top.

Ingredients
For Pomegranate Molasses
- Pomegranate Juice - 3/4 Cup
- Sugar - 2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon
For Dressing
- Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mint Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chat Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Honey - 2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
- Pomegranate molasses - 2 tablespoon
- Pomegranate juice -1/4 Cup
- Mustard Sauce - 2 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoon
- Hung Curd - 1/4 Cup
For Fresh Salad
- Green Onion (Chopped) - 1/2 Cup
- Tomatoes (Chopped) -- 1/2 Cup
- Yellow Capsicum (Chopped) - 1/4 Cup
- Cabbage (Chopped) - 1 Cup
- Cucumber (Chopped) - 1/2 Cup
- Carrot (Grated) -1/4 Cup
- Boiled Daliya ( Broken Wheat) - 1/4 Cup
- Coriander leaves (Chopped) - 1/2 Cup
- Walnut (Roasted & Chopped) - 2 tablespoon
For Garnish
- White Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon
How To Make
For Pomegranate Molasses
Add Lemon Juice to the Pomegranate Juice and remove the foam. Put the Juice in a steel vessel, keep it on low flame and add sugar to it. It will only be ready in 10 to 12 minutes on low heat.
Now take it out in a bowl and use it after it cools down.
For Dressing
Mix all the ingredients well
For Fresh Salad
Take a big bowl.
Mix all the Salad ingredients in it.
Put the dressing in the salad bowl and toss it well.
Now, serve it as you want.
Cover the Salad bowl and keep it in the fridge to cool. You can keep the dressing for 24 hours. When you want to eat the Salad then add Vegetables and eat it.
