Gajar ka Halwa/ Carrot Halwa
This is an Indian sweet, which is specially made in the winter on festivals and special occasions. It is a simple dessert made from carrots, milk, ghee, and sugar, which are liked by everyone.
However, nowadays, we all want to make quick halwa, but today we will make this halwa just like our grandmother used to make. We will cook carrot with milk in a heavy bottom embroidery (Kadhai), which will give us all the properties of carrot and milk. I have not used milkmaid or milk powder in halwa. Believe me, this halwa is also rich in nutrition. Eat a limited quantity and enjoy it on every special occasion.
