Mirchi ke Tipore
This is the famous Green Chili Pickle of Rajasthan.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chopped Green Chilies
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 Tsp Fennel
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp Rock Salt (Approx)
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
How To Make
Heat the oil in a pan.
When oil becomes hot, add cumin, fennel and asafoetida.
When the aroma of the spices started.
Then add Green Chili and mix.
Now add Salt, Turmeric and Red Chili Powder and mix.
Turn off the gas then add lemon juice.
Mirchi ke Tipore is ready.
