CHOCOLATE MALPUA / CHOCOLATE MALPUA WITH SMOOTHIE AND PINEAPPLE SORBE

CHOCOLATE MALPUA WITH  SMOOTHIE AND  PINEAPPLE SORBE



INGREDIENTS OF MALPUA
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Semolina
1/4 Cup Wheat flour
1/2 Tsp Cardamom powder
A Pinch of Salt 
2 Tbsp Condensed Milk
 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
 Milk as required

FOR CHOCOLATE COIN
150 gram Chocolate 

*FOR ROSE FLAVOURED BANANA SMOOTHIE
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Chilled Curd 
3 Tbsp Rose Syrup

*FOR SORBE
1 Cup Frozen Pineapple (Chopped)
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Honey
A Pinch of Black Salt

HOW TO MAKE
FOR CHOCOLATE COIN
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler pan,  when the chocolate melts and make a round coin shape on the parchment paper and freeze it.

FOR BANANA MALPUA
Put all the ingredients in the mixer jar except the fennel.
Batter pour in a bowl then add fennel in it and mix well.

Heat ghee in a pan when it becomes hot then put a tablespoon batter in it.
 Now Chocolate Coin put on it 
and again pour a tbsp of batter on it, 
after 2 minutes turn the malpua and fry until it golden brown. 
Make rest of the malpua.
FOR ROSE FLAVOURED BANANA SMOOTHIE 
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer jar.

FOR PINEAPPLE SORBE
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer jar. 

Keep it in the refrigerator for 6 to 7 hours.

HOW TO SERVE
Take a plate.
Put 4 Malpua in it.
Pour Rose flavoured Banana Smoothie around it
 and decorated with nuts and fruits.
 Now Put Pineapple Sorbe on the top of the Malpua.
