Oats Modak
Ingrdients
- Oats powder 1/2 Cup
- Almonds 12
- Walnut 6
- Apricot (Chopped) 10
- Grated Coconut 2 Tbsp
- Sunflower seeda 2 Tbsp
- Poppy seeds 2 Tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 Tsp
- Homemade Malai 1/4 Cup
- milk 2 Tbsp
- Bura 3 Tbsp
- Ghee 2 Tbsp
- Coconut Powder 2 Tbsp
How To Make
Firstly Walnuts and Almonds roasted in a pan for 1 minutes then add Poppy Seeds and roast them then add Grated Coconut and turn off the gas.
Chop the Apricots coarsely and Coarsely Grind all dry fruits in the mixer grinder.
Heat a pan add ghee.
When it melted add Oats Powder. Roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add dryfruits and mix.
Now Add Malai' Milk and Bura in it.mix well. Once it starts coming together.
NOW, Switch off the gas.
Dust the Modak mould with12 pinch of coconut powder. Fill the Modak mixture and press tightly.
Now Oats Modak is ready.
